FAQs
Everything you need to know during your stay at South Bank
We have CCTV in and around each property, an electronic key entry system for the main entrance, common areas, each flat and bedroom. There is also staff on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you’re having any problems with your room, a shared living space, or one of the communal areas, you have two options. You can log the issue via the Resident portal, providing details so our maintenance team can get this sorted for you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can come down to the front desk and talk to a member of the team so we can log it on your behalf.
We want your university experience to be as positive as possible – if you are having any issues with your flat mates, please let us know. We will do our best to help resolve any problems you might be having.
We are more than happy to accommodate groups as well as individuals. Let us know who you’re planning to live with, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you in the same flat.
Unfortunately, you are not allowed to keep any pets in your room or any shared living spaces.

It’s a home away from home, for me. The staff is friendly and the social spaces are full of energy. You’ll realise soon enough that the trains are your ‘calm’ haha!

Everything is good, staff present at site especially “ Dino ( very cooperative manager), Evandra is very helpful & robin. Just the problem is the building needs renovation construction quality is bad I guess.

Love it!! Chapter South Bank has a super friendly community with amazing staff! The best bits about this year - 'Star Wars Day' on May 4th with Yoda-themed cupcakes, the clean gym, the 'adopt a plant day', emergency study sessions in the study room…I really enjoyed my experience and will be back next year!
